  • We are available to take your scheduling call Monday through Thursday from 9 am – 5 pm.
  • To schedule dental services, call on Monday at 9 am, as a limited number of appointments are available each week.
  • Appointments are required; walk-ins are not accepted. Leaving a voicemail does not secure an appointment.
  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We do not require identification or proof of income.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
